"In the midst of Challenges"

As the grumble, rumble and shaking of challenges pushes issues, wounds and themes up to the surface. You may ask yourself “how may I work with this so that I may grow and move forward from what is occurring?” Here are a few suggestions to work with in addressing any challenges that present themselves on your path. Please remember to be creative and play with what is presented to adapt to your own needs. We are never alone in our challenges we are always being guided and watched over.

These suggestions encourage you the Reader to work from a higher level rather than personality/false identity /ego level alone. The choice is yours! Enjoy.

1. Slow down, pause and recognize or have awareness of the situation, circumstance, interaction unfolding. Now, begin to take deep slow breaths, your conscious awareness of the in and out breath is important. Take a time out if necessary. Go for a walk, journal, scream into a pillow or go into a quiet room. Do whatever you are able to in that moment to quiet down. Go back and reflect on any recent Intentions you have stated or energy clearing you have done in a session. The current challenges may be in direct relation to your recent choice or decision for change. Assisting you to manifest your Intention, invocation or integrate something. Sometimes we forget what we have asked for and how the Universe is responding through the present challenges may be in connection.

2. Accept the situation exactly how it is in the moment, without personality opinion, criticism or judgment of it. This is how Soul or higher/wisdom Self will begin to observe. Looking at details, and larger picture. Stop the mind from analzying anything right now.

3. Now, look within you with the utmost honesty and sincerity. Look into the four bodies (spiritual, mental, emotional, physical), beliefs, perceptions, ideas, expectations, subconscious habits, or could this be an unconscious pattern, etc. Do this in relation to the other person, situation or circumstance. Begin asking your wisdom Self to show you deeper levels to this, beyond the human logic.

4. What is being ‘mirrored’ or reflected? What level is it being mirrored to? What is the fear? Does it have authority over you? Is it the spiritual, mental, emotional, or physical? Is it an unconscious issue you need to pay attention to? Or is it a potential talent you are discovering? Are you testing yourself to apply something? Integrate something? Walk your talk? Demonstrate more uncondtional love or compassion? Take self responsibility? Not rescue someone? Come out of victim consciousness somewhere? Heal something? Change a self destructive habit? Improve your skills? Mange your energy better? Any given situation is assisting you on the path of self discovery, realization if you allow it to.

5. Is there a reactive energy or charge when you think of the situation or the other person? Go back within and examine closely. Sometimes things will be in a ‘numb’ state or a part of you will keep you ‘distracted’ from going into a deeper level of awareness. It is important to give yourself “Safe” non-judgmental space to “feel” through what needs to come out and express itself. Listen to the inner voices or take a scan of your four bodies. What do you hear? What is the message? What you resist persists!

6. After you have discovered or uncovered the challenge, issue or awareness. Use any ‘tool’ you have to heal or transform the energy from dense to light. Tools such as; breath, energy healing modalities (reiki, shambhalla, chios etc), clearing the energy centers- chakras, working with angels, prayers, affirmations, journaling, walking or body movement, meditation, flower essences, gemstones, and more. Taking any action is a step towards empowerment and self responsibility for your own Healing (even if it’s a small step at first, that’s fine!). Scan your body is there any residue or resistance left?

7. At this stage- you may be ready to shift into “Thankfulness state of consciousness or Gratitude” for learning through the person, event or situation. You may do this silently or out loud, what ever you feel guided to do. You need not have to tell the person, or you may feel to- that choice is yours.

8. Flow with the Breath. At this stage- Trust in God/Source/All that Is. Trust in you to be more awareness and not to repeat the pattern. Also, Trust in Source that all will unfold as its meant to.

9. Let go and Let God/Source/All that Is/Universe/Consciousness. This is the Surrender to Higher or Divine Will. This step or stage is not always easy. If you have the willingness, it is doable. Your body will be an important barometer in terms of how at peace you are on all levels (spiritual, mental, emotional and physical) with this step once taken. See this issues with 'symbolic wings' flying into higher levels of consciousness, helping you to transcend as well.

10. Now, embrace the issue, situation or whatever with Compassion in the Heart space. This is ‘not’ a mental exercise. You need to genuinely ‘FEEL’ this in your heart. Compassion is not pity. It is Unconditional love, an understanding- loving yet firm.

11. Finally, your task is to be Higher Self/Soul as the Silent Witness or the Observer. Step out of the situation, circumstance, interaction and experience rather than being a participant. What new things are in your awareness? How do you see the greater picture from the standpoint of Wisdom and Love?

12. Remember we are never given anything we can not handle! It may appear big, bad, tough or ugly. Yet, there is always a ‘gift or key’ within or somewhere close by to assist and aide in resolution. Seek and ye shall find. Seek through the eyes and heart of your Wisdom self/Higher Self/Soul.
