As we align ourselves with the wisdom within and reclaim our empowerment that is our natural birthright, we transform fear and powerlessness into fearless action with Soul as the guiding light.
We will explore the use of various tools, as well as the basics of energy management, healthy living: food, exercise, rest, and connecting with nature. For it will set the groundwork for our ongoing development as we move forward together in the healing of ourselves and the world.)

Together, let us explore the next stage in self-awareness and empowerment. Each meeting is uniquely tailored for the participants attending. Through exploration, discussion and meditative space we will gain insight into the snags on the path of self-discovery. We will also learn to expand our perception of our relationship to the world and the cosmos. We begin with the intention to open our hearts, deepen the wisdom within, increase self-knowledge and strengthen our relationship to ourselves, one another as well as to all of Life.
