End of the Year- Reconfirmation notification:
- At the end of each year: Since this is a Permission based mailing list. At the end of the year, a notice for "re-confirmation" to be an active subscriber will be sent out to you, as a choice to continue on for the following year.
Steps to Subscribe:
- 1.) Fill out the Form below with your Name and Email Address.
- 2.) Select "Subject" from the following choices [Subscribe, Unsubscribe or Update Email Address].
- 3.) You will receive a Confirmation E-mail letting you know you have been placed on the list.
- If you do not receive a Confirmation E-mail, please send in the submission again or e-mail us directly at services at spheresofessence dot com with "Subscribe to Mailing list" in the subject line.

You may Subscribe or Un-Subscribe at any time. If you are on the main Spheres of Essence website mailing list, then you may scroll up on this page and click the 'unsubscribe' link. If you have signed up on the spheresofessence yahoo e-list, then you must do it manually through yahoogroups site.
- If this occurs more than 3 consecutive times, and you do not contact us--your email will be taken off the "active subscribers list" and you will have to re-subscribe to the list.
