About the Jewelry:

All of the materials are accurately represented in the jewelry. Please read item descriptions carefully, they provide details such as measurements and materials used. If you have additional questions about any of the pieces, don't hesitate to ask before placing your order.

Photographs show the exact piece of jewelry you will receive. Images are closely cropped to show detail and do not reflect actual size. Refer to item descriptions for accurate sizes and measurements. Each computer monitor displays color a bit differently, so please make allowances for some variation.

Due to the handmade nature of the jewelry, there may at times be slight variations and imperfections. It is part of what adds to the unique charm and beauty of the pieces.

Payment:

Accepted methods of payment include: Check, Money Order, and all major credit cards through Paypal only. You do not need a Paypal account in order to use Paypal for credit card purchases. Sales tax is collected for New Jersey residents during checkout. Payment is expected at the time of purchase.

If you prefer to pay by Check or Money Order, contact us for additional details. Your order will be shipped as soon as payment has been received and cleared. This may take up to 10 business days.

Shipping:

Shipping is a flat rate of $4.00 and all packages are sent via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation within the U.S. Orders processed through Paypal are shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Please make sure you have provided the correct mailing address during checkout to avoid delivery errors. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following business day.

Unfortunately at this time, we are not accepting International orders.

Expedited Shipping:

Alternate shipping options such as USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail are available at your request. Corresponding charges will apply.

Any changes in shipping will require us to set up a custom invoice for you, so please contact us before purchasing.

Insurance:

Shipping charges do not include the cost of insurance, however it can be added to your order for an additional fee. We are not held responsible for any loss or damage once your package is in the postal system. For that reason, insurance is recommended.

Ordering Security:

Your payment information is very secure. The information is processed on a secure server by Paypal, a leader in online payment technology and safety.

Privacy:

Your privacy is very important to us. Any personal information that you submit for your order such as name, mailing address or email will never be sold or shared. Email addresses are only used to contact you about your order.

Returns:

At this time, we are not accepting returns or exchanges, all sales are final. It's important to us that you are completely happy with your jewelry, and we will answer any questions you have prior to purchasing.

The jewelry is carefully made from start to finish and photographs show the exact piece of jewelry you will receive. If any exceptions are made for a return, they are evaluated on a case by case basis.

Custom orders are non refundable and cannot be exchanged.. Jewelry that has been modified (lengthened or shortened) at your request falls under the category of “custom order,” and therefore the same policy applies.

Repairs:

All of the jewelry is carefully made from start to finish in addition to being inspected before it is shipped. If within one month of purchase date there is breakage due to faulty workmanship, it will be repaired free of charge. However, pieces that need repair or replacement components due to normal wear and tear or accidental damage will be charged a repair fee. See FAQ page for more on repairs.
