The reality that is immeasurable, breathtaking and filled with miracles is beyond the mind's reach. Break free of the tight constraints. Shifting from the known and familiar into the mystery of the unknown and spontaneous adventure takes courage and fortitude. The resistance of the "I" and "Me" falls away. Everything stills itself. It takes but a moment to be in the expanded reality, and state of consciousness. In a flash, like a switch turning on, the light of a thousand suns blazes forth. This is home.

June's Monthly Message- Inspired Writing through Dipali

Often times the Mind sets up a stage with all the right props, characters or archetypes, storyline and places all the things in such a way that an individual begins to ‘think’ that the play on stage is real. The characters look real, the props feel real, the sound seems true. Is it?

What if the entire production is either, distorted, limited or exaggerated in conveying its story or message. What is real? What is not? What is hidden behind the curtain? Such is the grand illusion that the Mind tends to generate. Certainly it does its best to keep one from being who they truly are. It is ploy or tactic to keep you tightly confined in the known and familiar. In a way to keep you in the illusion you are powerless and meek. What the mind says is hypnotic and there is a tendency to replay all the self-sabotaging ‘negatives’ an endless loop on a audio device.

An immense struggle ensues in the aftermath of the play. The struggle of the good and bad, right and wrong, black and white, up and down, punishment and reward – the mind’s generated quibbles. More and more entangled into who you are not – you feel disconnected and immersed in fear. Tremendous resources on a mental and energetic level are used up. At this point, you no longer have enough vitality to fuel other projects, plans or actions. You are running on an empty tank – low in confidence and limited resources. Why is that you are so quick to believe what the conditioned mind says? Why is it so easy to keep you trapped in illusion?

Inquire. Climb to the utmost peak of the Mountain to view the entire scene. See Reach up towards the heavens. And ask for Wisdom to reveal the Truth of what is. See yourself beyond the mind, beyond the gender, beyond the human form, beyond the emotional reactions, beyond the masks you wear, beyond the status. See yourself for who you really are.

Look behind the curtain, on the stage. Part the veil. Discover your unlimited Self and potentials. Investigate. Seek to pierce the illusion or maya. Herein lies the Truth of who you are. The Observer, Soul or Consciousness. This is the real you. Undivided, Eternal, Whole. The authentic Self has always been and always shall be a constant. When all else shifts, fails, moves, disintegrate, vanishes – you as Consciousness as Soul is the constant, never ending. You have the choice to cling to that which shall remain a steady source of wisdom, clarity and love.

Dare to part the curtain on the stage of the Mind, and reveal the Truth of who you really are.

You stand before an ancient and ornate doorway. The door is beautiful and breathtaking, delicately carved, and painted with copper, silver and gold. When light is cast upon it, there is an aliveness and shimmer. Yet it has been closed off for a very long time. To open this ancient doorway, requires the precise moment where all the elements were in alignment with the highest integrity and love.

This doorway requires your heart, strength and committment to open fully. A part of you hesitates uncertain of what is yet to be. A part of you resists stepping into being responsible of what is. You only fight and resist yourself. You only fear that which you do not recognize. The mind is being stretched to shift outside of its conditioned state. You are being given an opportunity to explore the unknown.

The Eternal everlasting part of you beckons you forth to muster the courage and fortitude to pull open the ancient doorway for there on the other side is true joy and the treasures that are your birthright. What you accept with grace will lead you to new heights and riches beyond your imagination.

When you look upon the ancient doorway and viewed with the single eye, with the vision of Soul may be seen as pure light. Choose to stay where you are, or choose to walk through this gateway to the other side. This light filled gateway activates your colors, on a non- physical level.

Deep within the cells there is a shift, an awakening a singing of remembrance of who you really are. The cells are imprinted with a unique design contained within them from eons ago. You without definition, you without identification, you without form… is the One that is wearing the Robe of many colors. The most radiant One cannot be hidden for long. It has a purpose for being here upon the planet. It has a contribution to impart.

This gateway will lead you to that which your Soul wishes to experience. It leads you outside of the normal confines of reality. Reaching far and wide, high into the celestial and deep into the terrestrial. Going beyond the perimeters of the known, of the planetary, of solar, galactic and into the universal levels.

Use the heart space, and you will have recollection of that which is Truth and that which is real. It is truly an amazing time upon the planet. Do not be fooled by the dross and debris that is purging and being transmuted. Do not give your power to illusions - dive beneath the surface go to the core. There is a map inside the cells that will guide you, your inner eyes will reveal the Truth.

You are at the doorway. Which way will your choice take you? Walking into the rays of light and being the light or standing in the dim hallway aching to have the confidence to see what is on the other side.

'Touch of Pink'

The pink rose within your heart, is a bud ready to bloom.
Anticipating its return to its true form.
Pure, Open, Spacious, Strong and Radiant.

Full of vibrancy. Many shades emerge.
Subtleties of scent flow in the currents of air.
Feel the stillness here in the heart, the infinite eternal love that resides - deep within.

The rose within your heart remains steadfast to its original nature
and purpose for existence.
To shine its utmost beauty.
To share its glorious fragrance.
To gently touch the beholder.
To whisper the song of joy.

Indeed the rose within your heart - has been through
storms, cold winters, dis-eases, hibernation phases and droughts.
Sometimes hardened. Sometimes battered.
Other times the outer layers stripped bare.
Layers and tears drop like rain on a spring-day.
Cleansing away the dirt and debris.
Yet the original essence remains untouched.

The thorns keep the rose safe.
Perhaps sometimes too safe.
Intricately lined. Be careful.
For the self-criticism, anger, bitterness, resentment -are the thorns which pierce.
Blood be drawn.
You flinch, and draw back within.

Yes deep pain, loss and grief may shake apart the heart.
Cracking it open, wide open.
The life-force flows in, like a healing salve.
Brilliant and clear.

Soothing every bit until harmony is restored and awareness emerges.
A rose risks to bloom. Against great odds.
So too the heart takes a risk to open and blossom.
The mighty courageous heart shall conquer for there is strength in vulnerability.

Seek refuge within the heart, for spaciousness there will soothe and comfort you with the utmost love. Stirring your passion, igniting your creativity and
shaking you loose with laughter. Feel the simplicity here.

Fresh growth is happening. Eager for your recognition.
Don’t stop now. Let the rose continue to blossom.
Let your heart continue to open.
Like a flower under the sun’s rays.
Curiosity leads you… to see, smell, touch, hear, sense and

As each petal unfolds, reaches for the warmth of the Sun

Gaze into the Water, See what is present

Sit with me and gaze into the still water.
What do you see in this reflection?
A completeness is reflected back to you.
You need not be fixed or improved upon.
From your birth, you are beauty full
A radiant being.
You have everything within yourself.

You are beckoned to come closer and look deeper.
Do not fear.
Open your senses.
See what is real, what is eternally present.
It is the you that is formless.
And yet it is expressing through form.
Shed your mask, for it is not needed here.
Shed the illusions for they blind you.
Shed the walls for they hold out tenderness.
Reveal yourself here.
Who are you?
Expose the love that you are.

Drop a small pebble upon the water.

View the pattern that is set in motion.

See the nutritious water pour forth and nurture the seeds.
Accept the love reflected back to you.
Delight in the garden you shall create.
Oh how you shall blossom.

Come and sit by the tranquil waters.
Let yourself feel replenished.

In Gratitude

The dewdrops upon the leaves in the early morning, rest comfortably and shine brightly. The sun's rays warms all of life, igniting the passion, stirring the heart, encouraging one to be bold and daring in living life. The wind whispers its song, gently urging, quietly caressing, coaxing one to walk in clarity. The solid earth beneath one's feet support steps ahead towards manifesting dreams into reality.

I feel gratitude for You being in my life.

For it is truly magical when we dance with the Universe
we are brought to spontaneous and unexpected delights...

when we choose to be open to new experiences
when we have the courage to face an unknown part of ourselves
when we have the opportunity to express and feel more love
when we want to share excitement of life with another
when we allow our real Self to be revealed
when we let go of old hurts and heal

whether near or far
whether past, present or future
whether withdrawn or expressive
whether busy or still

whether spoken or unspoken

I AM in Gratitude

Intertwined

I am Consciousness, I am eternal and present. There is nothing in the physical world that can effect or influence me. For I am and shall remain untouched by the temporal.

As much as I am Consciousness, I am human. The two are intertwined. One is real and everlasting, one is temporal and is present for the experience upon the earth. Even though much may not effect Consciousness and it remains unencumbered, there are influences may encumber the human aspect.

The waves of emotion and feelings arise within the human facet, similar to a sudden spring-time storm bring turbulance - as seen and experienced in Nature. Face it, Feel it, Allow the storm, the emotions to move through. No need to trap or grip so tightly the energy that is there. Do not allow it to stick. Quick as a wave in the Ocean rises upwards, so to does it come tumbling down. Such as the rhythms, the ebb and flow of life, growth and healing.

Accept things as they are. No need to to fix, resist or deny anything. Allow the movement to rise and fall, as it will then flow through as if a river continuously running its course. It is never the same. All is in motion.

For the Consciousness that I am - is. It simply is. For this Eternal Grace is always here.. to catch you, support you and remind you of your real Self. Always sending impulses of what is Truth and what is temporal. For then one is able to shake away loose the false layers and perceptions of what is no longer true and step into Truth of what is.

Come face to face with what is here and now. Accept, feel through and allow yourself to glide with the energy in motion. Neither joy nor sorrow remain. As the energy move through, the transformation is effortless and natural.

You are a mighty river. A river so clear, bright and flowing. Follow the course, let the sun's illumination guide you, for you will be led home.

I am Consciousness that always is and always shall be present.
